From Open Courses held in the beautiful city of Worcester to On-site consultancy and training to innovative on-line training courses, we have the flexibility to fit around your needs.
In providing courses to meet your specific needs, we spend time with you and your teams to ensure that we understand your customer service needs, organisational objectives and issues and tailor accordingly. This would be reflected in the use of relevant case studies or customer complaint provided either by yourselves or from our vast experience of working across many business sectors including Local Government, Health authorities, Telecommunications, manufacturing, retail to name but a few.
We appreciate how difficult it is to take Customer Service teams away from the workplace to develop them further. Because of this, we work hand in hand with our customers to find innovative and flexible ways to train.

Inspiring People are avid fans of the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) and have been involved with them since the year they launched in 1997.
When Inspiring People was born in 2000, little did I know nine years on, we would have moved offices, had an Inspiring baby – growing our own, worked in places as far flung as Zambia and Singapore or, in our quest to always be there for our customers, slept on the M5 as flooding cut Gloucestershire off from the rest of the country!
But here we still are, thanks to a fabulously tolerant family and a strong team.
