Annie Mulady

Annie is one of our longest standing team members. She has a long-held belief that service is the key differentiator between businesses and that this is particularly crucial when a number of companies are offering the same product. Given that two-thirds of customer complaints are about people and service issues, not the actual product, she believes that all staff should be trained, empowered and have the tools in order to deliver the ultimate customer service experience.

Annie has worked in sales and service roles for over 20 years and has extensive experience in many diverse sectors including retail manufacturing, transport and property. She also has lots of international experience.

Some of the organisations Annie has worked with include:

  • LEGO as Customer Service Manager for Europe North and Global Customer Relationship Manager (you will find yourself using plenty of LEGO in her workshops)
  • Lex Vehicle Leasing and Hertz in both sales and customer service management roles

Some of her most memorable projects with Inspiring People have included managing our four- year programme with the University of West of England and making frequent journeys over to the lovely island of Jersey to deliver training to some very diverse teams.

Annie has hands-on front-line and team management experience coupled with a clear and energetic communication style. Her style is extremely participative and engaging – in short, people love being trained by Annie.
