Leo Evans

Leo is another Inspiring People stalwart and asset.  She is absolutely passionate about customer service and in her previous life worked directly for the Institute of Customer Service facilitating a wide range of customer service workshops including the Assessor Development Programme for their professional qualifications. She is an assessor member herself, regularly undertaking assessment discussions face-to-face, via telephone and video link.

Leo has worked across both the public and private sectors within a wide range of industries including utilities, financial services and local government.  Projects undertaken have incorporated training needs analysis, developing customer service training materials, producing competency frameworks and providing 1:1 coaching/mentoring support.

She has been involved in many projects working with Inspiring People including successfully working on a large culture change programme delivering customer service training to a substantial number of people within Nottinghamshire County Council.

Leo also delivers Fish! with Caroline, having recently supported at a two-day conference delivering to around 200 people.

In her spare time Leo enjoys spending time with her family and playing local league netball.
