Stephanie is also passionate about achieving business success through service excellence, and like Caroline, recognises the importance of developing and empowering all staff, at every level, changing attitudes and mind sets, putting the customer at the heart of the business.
Stephanie wrote two successful learning resources for the Institute of Customer Service (UK), ICS FirstImpressions and ICS ServiceManagement.
Stephanie also advised The English Tourism Council on its Welcome to Excellence programmes developing two successful programmes, Welcome Management and Lead, Motivate and Succeed. Currently she is building an online customer service course for the “Welcome to Excellence” suite for use in the tourism sector in the UK.
Stephanie worked closely with Accenture (USA) 2010-2017 to develop 26 modules of e-learning in customer service for the Accenture Supply Chain & Finance academy.
This opportunity enabled Customer 1st to continue to develop on line resources for other organisations and we are delighted to work exclusively with Inspiring People to deliver these accredited programmes in the UK.
