Well, Inspiring People provides the perfect solution! We are proud to be a long standing business partner of Customer 1st and offer their two excellent programmes, one for customer service professionals and one for managers (with a third Service Strategy programme due Autumn 2021).

The programmes are mapped to National Occupational Standards ensuring consistently excellent high quality. This is especially important following the long period where teams have worked remotely or have recruited new team members who have not experienced the customer service culture within the traditional office environment and who may feel in need of support to deliver of their best.
