Devon is a very large Council with over 25,000 staff. They have done brilliantly with their customer service strategy of “delivering a Great Customer Experience”, gaining much recognition for the customer improvements that have been implemented.

Derby City Council
During 2005 – 06 we were asked to design and deliver workshops of ½ day sessions to about a thousand “indoor” and “outdoor” staff in groups of 20 to help them to understand the importance of customer care to the Council, make them aware of the service standards of the organisation and to encourage them to take ownership of improvement.
