BT (Wholesale Markets)

Inspiring People were asked to support BT Wholesale Markets in their roll out of the Institute of Customer Service Professional awards.  The objectives were to help the company obtain Approved Centre Status and to become self-sufficient in rolling out the awards programme across all UK locations.  We facilitated the workshops designed to launch individuals onto the awards in groups.

We also ran coaching courses supplemented by follow up observation sessions back in the workplace to train, coach and launch the coaching network.

Our contract with BT Wholesale Markets ran for two years from 2001 – 2003 by which time over 200 people were involved in all three awards, there were more than 50 coaches actively coaching and four assessors were up and running.  The company was able to operate the awards independently in 9 different locations.
