BPI Recycled Products
This was a consultancy and training project working closely with the teams in Customer Services and supporting them in working towards their ICS ServiceMark accreditation. We delivered ICS First Impressions and Service Management training to the teams, coached the first team members through their ICS Professional Qualifications and designed, implemented and embedded a coaching culture within the division.
We were then commissioned to create a professional development programme which was used by the coaches and team managers to develop their team members from their first day within the company to becoming fully competent and onto becoming a Team Leader if this was the direction they wished to take their career. The development programme and competency framework is called TECK and ties into the values within Customer Services of Team Work; Efficiency; Can do approach and Knowledge.
