This project was to help team members across the organisation think about and work together to take their customer service to the next level. We created, wrote and delivered Managing Customer Service Excellence within your team for Managers and Team Leaders.
This programme included the Inspiring People Elements of Excellence self-assessment tool. We also designed and delivered From Request to Resolution, a one-day programme for all team members.
