Crawley Borough Council
We rolled out a bespoke suite of courses over a two-year period to over 700 team members. This was followed by an additional programme for the reception and front of house team during the next stage of their cultural change and linked in to the Aiming for Service Excellence strategy. We designed, developed and delivered:
- Delivering our customer promise (for both internal and external customer service providers) and
- See, smile, speak – a programme to develop confidence in the newly created role of floorwalker
