As well as delivering ICS First Impressions to over 200 D S Smith team members, we also worked with their subsidiary company Abbey Corrugated on a consultancy basis, helping them to focus on service experience and developing a five-day bespoke development programme for their newly appointed Managers. First line leadership the Abbey way included sessions on:
- A role model team leader
- Managing team members
- Communicating as a team leader
- Your impact on the business
We were also asked to develop some sessions for team leaders which included a personality profiling exercise, stress and anger management, dealing with challenging customer situations and organisational skills. We were also asked to write and deliver a tailored session for team members across the supply chain to the customer – Providing a seamless internal customer service.
