Caroline was commissioned to work as a consultant with the Customer Service teams at what was Celtel (Zambia) and then Zain, a telecommunications company in Africa. She spent time within retail and the contact centre and coached the Marketing Director remotely to help him to build a three-year customer service strategy. She then revisited a year later to review progress and to carry out management training.
