The Inspiring People Academy  

We run a series of open workshops within the beautiful City of Worcester.

Our workshops are either half, one or two day and some offer accreditation by external bodies such as the
Institute of Customer Service.

We have a maximum of 12 delegates (except for Fish!) on each programme which enables us to tailor to individuals and dedicate more time and attention to everyone.  It also means that people really get to know others on their programme which helps networking for the future.

The Inspiring People open courses are run in comfortable and friendly hotels in and around the City, are easily accessible and provide the perfect environment to relax, reflect and regenerate!

Institute of Customer Service -  ICS First Impressions

An ICS accredited 20-hour development programme full of  activities and interaction to support team members and grow their customer service skills and confidence.  You will receive a 120 page participant guide to complement the training.

Institute of Customer Service -  ICS ServiceManagement (Three day)

This is an activity-based improvement course for managers, team leaders and supervisors who wish to enhance their service management skills in order to continuously improve their team’s performance. Participants receive a course guide containing activities, information and exercises that will be useful during and after the workshop. The programme takes around 30 hours to complete including a work-based assignment to see how the new skills can be used.

Fish!

This seminar aims to put energy, passion and a positive attitude into the workplace. If a dreary fish market in Seattle can do it, anybody can. This hugely fun and interactive half-day session will show you a new way forward and you will discover how to play, make their day, be there and choose your attitude even if you don’t have any fish to throw around the room!

Why are you shouting at me?

This course is designed to support anyone who has a role in dealing with customer complaints on the telephone or face to face. It combines practical knowledge, tools and techniques with the sharing of experience and best practice from other delegates.

Investigating, solving and answering complex customer problems.

For anybody whose job it is to answer complex customer problems whether those are complaints which have escalated involving a number of different people across the organisation, or general in-depth customer enquiries. You may be in a front-facing service or one dedicated to internal customers. The workshop particularly focuses on written complaints and enquiries.
