As well as being Business Partners, enabling us to deliver ICS FirstImpressions™ and ICS ServiceManagement™ on their behalf, we are Associate Members and Caroline Tan is an Assessor member.

ICS FirstImpressions™ (2 Days)

An ICS accredited 20-hour development programme full of activities and interaction to support team members and grow their customer service skills and confidence. You will receive a 120 page participant guide to complement the training.

Course Overview Pricing and Availability

ICS ServiceManagement™ (3 Day)

This is an activity-based improvement course for managers, team leaders and supervisors who wish to enhance their service management skills in order to continuously improve their team’s performance. Participants receive a course guide containing activities, information and exercises that will be useful during and after the workshop. The programme takes around 30 hours to complete including a work-based assignment to see how the new skills can be used.
