Terms and Conditions
Payment
Payment is required in full no later than 14 days before the date of the event. We reserve the right to reallocate the place to another delegate if the payment is not received on time.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, then the following charges apply:
Up to 30 days before the course—full refund
30—15 days before the course—full refund less £25.00 administration charge
Less than 15 days before the course—the full amount is charged.
If an attendee fails to show up for the course, the full amount will be payable.
Changing an attendee
You may transfer a booking free of charge to someone else in your organisation. Just let us know as soon as possible.
Transferring to a new date or event
If you need to transfer to a different date or course, then the following terms apply:
Up to 30 days before the course—no charge will be made
30—4 days before the course—an administration charge of £75.00 will be made
Less than 4 days before the course—the full course amount will be payable for both events.
General
Inspiring People are not able to give refunds for cancellations arising from events outside our control, including adverse weather conditions, flooding or industrial action. We also reserve the right to cancel a programme at any time without liability. In this situation, the attendee will be offered an alternative date, a credit note or a full refund.
