  • The programme is designed to blend theory with practical application.  All of the ingredients of customer service are analysed in depth using examples from World Class organisations in the UK and around the rest of the world

Length

Two days with the second day being held approximately three weeks after the first.  This enables delegates to experiment with the tools and techniques covered on the first day and to start to implement some of their new customer service plans
