Our inspirational team

We are an established team who have worked together for over 10 years. Some of the team are associates with whom we work closely to provide our services across the UK and internationally. We also work with supply partners who provide additional expertise such as in satisfaction measurement and HR matters so that we can offer a complete service and package to our customers.

We are extremely choosy about the associates and partners who work with us at Inspiring People. The people who join us are very much part of the team and live and breathe customer service in the same way that we do. They have to convince us that they will truly make a difference to the people that we are developing and supporting as well as being ambassadors for Inspiring People.

Caroline Naisbitt

Director

Caroline’s passion and expertise lies in customer experience transformation. This was originally inspired and developed during the early stages of her career working with the Nationwide Building Society group. She spent eight years as a Retail Branch Manager within the London area, leading sales and service forward. This was followed by a two-year role as a Sales Process and Service Excellence Consultant implementing a completely new and customer-centric process across the branch network.

Annie Mulady

Annie is one of our longest standing team members. She has a long-held belief that service is the key differentiator between businesses and that this is particularly crucial when a number of companies are offering the same product. Given that two-thirds of customer complaints are about people and service issues, not the actual product, she believes that all staff should be trained, empowered and have the tools in order to deliver the ultimate customer service experience.

Leo Evans

Leo is another Inspiring People stalwart and asset.  She is absolutely passionate about customer service and in her previous life worked directly for the Institute of Customer Service facilitating a wide range of customer service workshops including the Assessor Development Programme for their professional qualifications. She is an assessor member herself, regularly undertaking assessment discussions face-to-face, via telephone and video link.

Nick is an experienced training consultant and coach, having worked for over 25 years in the private and public sectors. He specialises in leadership development and believes that excellent service starts at the top and must be genuinely part of the organisation’s culture and DNA. He has worked on several projects with Inspiring People including a piece of work with the British Transport Police
